Our personal vacation spot; this family friendly, coastal property overlooks the pool and is a two-minute walk to the gorgeous white sand beach. Fully renovated in 2021 with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, and curated beautiful beach decor. The Turquoise Turtle is a third floor, gulf view condo that overlooks one of the largest pools on the island. The unit was impeccably updated in 2021; all appliances, furniture, linens/towels, and decor are new. The bathrooms have been completely redone with gorgeous glass and porcelain tile, quartz vanities and new mirrors. No expense was spared making The Turquoise Turtle the premier unit within Loggerhead Cay. **Kitchen** In addition to the brand new stainless steel appliances, The Turquoise Turtle is stocked with restaurant quality tools, pots, pans, glassware, and flatware. You will have everything to make memorable meals with your family. Brand new quartz countertops and glass tile backsplash create a bright and beachy feel. The condo includes a dining table that comfortably seats six and features a gorgeous white capiz shell chandelier. **Living Room** Beyond the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico, the living space in The Turquoise Turtle features a custom white shiplap wall, plantation shutters, handpicked artwork, a chic sectional, and 60" smart TV with basic cable, all connected to gigabit fiber optic wifi. Connect all your devices for fast streaming. The centerpiece of the room is our unique fossilized clamshell coffee table. **Master Bedroom & Bathroom** Enjoy the fantastic king bed, with our favorite hybrid mattress, and hotel quality bedding. A smart TV and full size dresser accompany the two closets in the room, with ample space for all of your clothes, whether staying for a week or a month! The bathroom is completely new with a vanity and shelving for your toiletries as well as a stunning turquoise glass shower/tub surround adorning the soaking tub. **Second Bedroom & Bathroom** The second bedroom features twin bunk beds and a City Furniture queen bed as well as a flatscreen tv. All mattresses are the exact same quality as the King in the master. The second bathroom can be accessed from the hallway, next to the bedroom and features a vibrant tile feature wall as well as stylish white tile walls and tile shower floor. The vanity is a large 48" that provides ample space whether used by just one person, or four sharing the room to store their items. **Lanai** Relax, sip your favorite drink, and listen to the surf on our outdoor patio featuring comfortable woven wood furniture. Behind the decorative privacy screen you will find a beach cart, beach toys for the kiddos including puddle jumpers for the little ones, rolling cooler, beach umbrella, and beach chairs.

Located in the quiet East End of Sanibel, The Turquoise Turtle is situated close to all the popular shops of Periwinkle Way and only a couple minutes from the Sanibel Causeway. It is walking distance to Dante’s Coalfire Pizza and a short drive to most of the island’s restaurants. Bike Trails are accessible from the condominium complex, and the beach is a two-minute walk and can be seen from the unit. Sanibel Dwelling Rental License #21-00023923

Guest Access

The Turquoise Turtle comes with it's own numbered parking space, which is about 20 steps from the elevator. The unit is located on the third floor, near the elevator, but on the less trafficked side. A code will be given to you within 48 hours of your stay to access our smart lock.

Everything was perfect! Kelly thought of everything a person might need or forget to bring, she had it for us! Her home was beautiful and so clean. She had all the beach stuff a family would need to have the best time. Our view out the back porch was so beautiful! She was so thoughtful and very responsive to any questions I had, got right back to me. We saw some beautiful sunsets and sunrises, had the best time shelling, found a lot of shells! We will definitely be back! Already looking forward to our next visit!

Kelly’s place was perfect for the six of us. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean from top to bottom. All the extras (toys, goggles, fishing poles, coolers, bottled water, coffee, soaps) were greatly appreciated. The lanai was wonderful and comfortable. We had full view of the swimming pool and could see the ocean. Kelly was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again. We loved our time at the Turquoise Turtle!

The location was perfect, only a short drive to the local restaurants, supermarket and stores. The walk to the beach was very easy and the pool was close by as well. The beach itself wasn’t too crowded and walking back to the room they had a great shower and hoses to clean everything off, included all the amazing shells we collected. The house had everything we needed, especially items for the beach. My girls loved the boogie boards and floating sifter. It was the perfect thing to use when we were trying to find shells, and bonus the house had three of them! The kitchen also had all the necessities and the house was stocked with towels. We also used the games and books the house had! Kelly also was so fantastic with communication. Quickly responding to our questions. The only negative was the amount of mosquitos in the area. There was one night we couldn’t stay outside for more than a few minutes. This could have been seasonal since it rained a lot. Just something to be aware of

Kelly is a wonderful host and her home is gorgeous and all amenities were perfectly provided! Kelly had a card and gifts welcoming us upon arrival which was so thoughtful and unexpected. The home is beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable it felt like home! We are already making plans to return to Sanibel and stay with Kelly- it was a great trip!! Thank you Kelly for everything 😁😁!!

What a wonderful place!!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Had all the things we needed/wanted and more! Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to get to a nice beach. The beds were all SO comfortable. Kelly had a variety of sand toys for the kids, beach chairs/umbrella, and a variety of floaties. She was also quick to respond and SO helpful with the questions I had. Highly recommend staying at her place! Thank you Kelly for sharing your home!

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at the Turquoise Turtle. The entire condo was extremely clean and well kept. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pool. Kelly has thought of everything you may need or want , from beach chairs, towels, toys to a fully and well stocked kitchen. The entire condo was beautifully decorated. Kelly was very responsive to our questions and communication was easy and fast response. The condo complex was quiet and very well maintained. The location is great with easy access to the local grocery store and restaurants, as well as bike trails to explore the island. We highly recommend Kelly’s place and would gladly stay again.

Kelly & Ezra’s beach home was a perfect place for our Spring vacation. It is perfectly situated adjacent to a lovely swimming pool with an amazing view of the gulf. The lenai was the best place to escape the noon sun while still being able to enjoy the breeze and view. The apartment has everything you will ever need: a fully equipped kitchen, comfy couches and beds and umbrellas, chairs and toys for the beach. It is a great place to swim laps, play tennis or pickle ball, and bike to nearby parks and groceries. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Linda & family

Perfect spot for a family beach trip. We didn’t have to worry about a single item for our toddler. Kelly had everything- life jackets, toys, high chair, pack n play, etc etc. The beach was the star of the show- just a short walk down the path puts you on an enormous, pristine sandy playground. Highlights of the trip include searching for shells, bike riding, beach sunsets and the conch crunch frozen custard at the shack. If you are looking for a stress free beach vacation with little ones consider Kelly your sanibel angel!

We loved Kelly’s gorgeous condo, especially the amenities for children: pack and play with sheets, high chair, wagon, pool floaties/toys, books, carpeted living room area, etc. Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Kelly was an excellent host and communicator prior to and during our stay. Kelly has thought of everything you may need during your stay and has them all stocked (kitchen, bathroom, laundry, pool/beach items). Easy check-in process and she let us know when it was ready for us.

This Condo is amazing! Kelly and Enzo were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. They thought of everything for the home, from coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shell sack, chairs for the beach, etc….the home is decorated very nice and the bed was amazing! The walk to the beach is not far just hard when you’re a senior citizen in the sand. I would highly recommend this beautiful space!
